Life is full of stress. Every day we are bombarded with stress from deadlines at work to bills and commitments at home. We worry if we have too much work, not enough time, too much debt, and family problems. Stress leads to tension, physical and emotional strain. This can cause problems like insomnia, headaches, problems concentrating, fatigue, and weight loss and even suppress our immune system. We need all the help we can get to learn how to relax. Here are 9 ways to relieve stress. Read over them then choose which ones are right for your lifestyle.
1. Exercise releases tension and stress, whether its working out at a gym, or doing a sport such as tennis, swimming or running.
2. Deep breathing exercises: breathe in through your nose slowly and deeply, then out through your mouth. Feel all of the tension flow out of you as you exhale.
3. Massage therapy
4. Aromatherapy
5. Walking
6. Have fun! It's not a dirty word! Play! Do something you used to do as a child or long ago before you had all of the commitments, such as play with an electric train or eat cotton candy at the fair.
7. Do something you like, such as shopping or go to a movie or dancing
8. Treat yourself, a new outfit, a haircut, all day spa, buy a new outfit or if you're a guy some new power tools!
9. Talk to someone, talking relieves stress; esp. for women, knowing someone else understands and hears you without judging or necessarily offering advice.

Travelling and Asthama
The fun of traveling is being in a completely different place. But if you have asthma, a new environment can seem less fun because there's always the worry that something unexpected may cause an asthma flare-up. But you can take steps to help avoid problems while you're away from home - so you can concentrate on the fun.
Before you leave, make sure your asthma is well controlled. If it has been flaring up, check with your doctor before you head off on your trip. He or she may need to adjust your medicine or ask you to come in for a visit. When packing, remember all medicine you're taking for your asthma, including rescue and controller medicines. Keep your medications in your carry-on bags so they're always with you. It's also a good idea to pack a little extra medication, so you don't run out while you're on the road.
If you'll be leaving the country, it can help to have a letter from your doctor that describes your asthma and your medicines. This can help you with airport security or customs. You also might want to know the generic names of your medicines. These are the chemical names of the medicine, not the brand name the drug company has given it. If you need to get a refill in another country, the medication might have a different brand name. You can get the generic names from your doctor's office or pharmacist.

Q: How tall is the tallest penguin?
A: The largest living penguins are the Emperors. Emperor penguins stand around 1.2 meters tall and weigh around 40kg. However, in the fossil records penguin bones have been found which suggest there were some extinct penguins that may have been as tall as 2 meters!
